Learn to make a delicious lemon sponge Easter cake with lemon curd buttercream and white chocolate ganache.  You will be shown how to prepare and stack the cake, sandwich together with the buttercream and cover with the ganache, then decorate using sugar modelling paste and gold edible paint.  The cake can then be frozen for up to a month should you wish to save it for Easter.  Suitable for beginners or those with a little baking experience who would like to develop their skills.  Fee £26/£19 plus ingredients.  Contact us to book a place.
