  • New Saturday workshop - Have Fun with Drawing We are delighted to introduce another Saturday workshop, taking place on Saturday 7th May from 10am - 4pm.Looking for a new hobby? Have you always wanted to draw, but never thought you could? Or do you have some experience, but would like to experiment?   • Brand New Contemporary Textiles class Brand new Contemporary Textiles class running through the Summer TermAn exciting short course concentrating on the principles of wet felting for textile artists and creative stitchers. We will explore creative ideas for baubles, cords, loops and laces; richly textured surfaces, pockets, flaps, bags/ bowls; and nuno felt for layering.  The emphasis in this set of classes is on the experimental - exploring ways to develop unique felted fabrics.  This is a great class for newcomers but also an opportunity for those with some felting knowledge to develop ideas.  Led by Ricki Outis, who brings a wealth of textiles experience, this will be a fantastic opportunity to create a series of experimental 2 or 3D samples using wet felting that ...
