Brief Description - Basic sugar flower course
A beginners course for those with little or no experience. Learn to make wonderful decorations for your special occasion cakes using petal paste. You will be shown the techniques to produce beautiful and lifelike English country garden flowers and foliage, eg roses, veronicas. Extra costs for materials and tools below.
Learning outcome
To produce a spray of old English flowers and foliage to put on a cake
Extra costs on the course : £5 for petal paste. Tools priced individually - cost between £2 and £5. Tools and petal paste can be purchased from the tutor on the first session.
What you need to bring to the first session :
Apron, a block of green oasis covered in cling film, a propagator, small pair of nail scissors,a small pot containing trex vegetable fat and a small pot containing egg white. A folder to keep tick list and handouts in

communicated verbally, also a tick list will be given to each student to keep
