Brief Description
During this workshop you will produce a series of drawings using a broad range of Art materials.  Initially you will produce quick sketches to loosen up and develop your observation skills.  As the model poses become longer in duration you will explore different methods drawing the human figure from life.  You may wish to bring your own Art materials with which to work.

Learning outcome:
You will learn through demonstrations and discussion. Opportunities will be given to review, refine and modify the work that you create and to develop your observation skills through experimentation with a broad range of media.

What you need to bring for the day:
All materials will be supplied on the day.

How progress & success will be recorded:
You will complete an Individual Learning Plan at the start of the day outlining what you hope to achieve during the course. This will be given out at the beginning of the day. Progress will be measured through reflection upon the work produced throughout the day.

Awarding body: 
This is a recreational course so there are no exams.
